If the recipient is not available, your order will be left at a safe location at the delivery address.
Drop-off Point
House : front door or the porch.
Apartment: front door or leasing office.
School & Office: front desk.
Event: lobby or venue reception.
Any with font service area: front desk or reception
Hospital: patient floor reception desk.
Gated community: a one-time access code must be provided in advance. Without it, delivery may be unsuccessful and a $25 redelivery fee will apply)
Important Note
Once a photo is taken showing the order in good condition and placed in a safe location, the delivery is considered fulfilled. Replacements will not be provided for damage caused by the order not being brought inside promptly, damaged by weather, theft, or other circumstances.
If arrangement cannot be left, it will be returned. To redeliver, a $25 redelivery fee will apply.

2. Each case will be reviewed and handled with care and we'll respond within 48 hours.

All refund will be be issued as store credit or refund that back to the original payment method, depending on the circumstances.
